8a54595cc3 ARM: dts: msm: Disable EP initiated BW scaling on switch for sdxlemur 
Some EPs are capable of initiating Gen switching request. This
capability is only required for direct attach. When these EPs
are connected to downstream ports of switch, disable this feature
by not creating BW scaling MHI event ring.

2d190d91a3 ARM: dts: msm: Do not timeout waiting for M0 
After a reboot device will keep polling for an M0 from the host for
60 seconds. Set the devicetree property to allow it to poll till an
M0 is received from the host without timing out.
