EUD HUB functionality is relevant into USB device mode only. Hence when
using USB host mode, continue performing reset and initialization
functionality with HSPHY even though EUD is enable. If EUD is enable
while starting host mode, re-enable EUD whie exiting host mode.

Currently usb speed override functionality doesn't work as expected
when usb role switch based notification is used. Hence move usb speed
override functionality out side edev check within dwc3_resume_work()
API. Also update maximum_speed as max hw supported speed out side
edev check.

cpu_isolated_mask can only be used when SCHED_WALT is enabled. The
addition of the cpu_isolated_mask causes ABI to break. Thus, compile
references to cpu_isolated_mask only when SCHED_WALT is enabled.

The FORCE_MEM_CORE_ON bits default to 0 and this is fine for most use
cases. However, USB needs FORCE_MEM_CORE_ON=1 to properly retain its
memories when USB APM switches from CX to MX. This can't just be a
one-time setting since the FORCE_MEM_CORE_ON bits need to be set/cleared
upon USB cable connect/disconnect for power optimization. Add fake
clocks to allow the USB client to control them.

VA bits of 48 gives more virtual address space for virtual machine.
This much of virtual space is not required for virtual machine.
Configure less virtual address that is of 39 bits.

FM app is using the VIDIOC DQBUF ioctl to read the
event from rtc6226 driver. VIDIOC DQBUF ioctl needs
the v4l2buf type as V4L2_BUF_TYPE_PRIVATE and it
is Deprecated and not recommend to use in latest
kernel version. Also upstream kernel code doesn't
have the VIDIOC DQBUF as a valid ioctl.
Implement file read functionality to read the events
from rtc6226 driver.

When the user strobes a flash LED device with a timeout of 0, configure
the safety timer with default timeout to avoid turning flash ON for
long duration. Also clear different parameters of flash/torch device
like current, timeout when the device is disabled.
Change units of min, max, step of flash timeout to micro seconds as
flash LED class expects in micro seconds.

Current mmap and munmap use same mutex but munmap_fd does not
use the same. This can introduce race condition between mmap
and munmap_fd. Also there is a use after free scenario in get_args
and init_process as only mmap_create is protected and the map can
be freed after this. Unifying mutex to avoid race condition.
Restricting munmap_fd only for persist bufs to avoid this.

Minor cleanup involving the cpu_util_freq_walt/pelt function to help
simplify consolidation of WALT parameters for GKI.
Currently, we have a cpu_util_freq function that calls cpu_util in non-WALT
cases and cpu_util_freq_walt with an additional parameter for WALT cases.
The additional parameter is a WALT related structure. This change removes
the dependency of a non-WALT function on a WALT parameter.

When cold boot calibration is enabled, it is the first step in
WLAN initialization. Cold boot calibration is started post file
system mount from init.target.rc and wlan driver is
loaded after that.
This update is to reject wlan driver register if it is loaded
before cold boot calibration is complete. This ensures WLAN
init sequence triggered from init.target.rc is followed and wlan
driver load from early boot is rejected.
