This patch adds address range reclaim of a process.
The requirement is following as,
Like webkit1, it uses a address space for handling multi tabs.
IOW, it uses *one* process model so all tabs shares address space
of the process. In such scenario, per-process reclaim is rather
coarse-grained so this patch supports more fine-grained reclaim
for being able to reclaim target address range of the process.
For reclaim target range, you should use following format.
echo [addr] [size-byte] > /proc/pid/reclaim
The addr should be page-aligned.
So now reclaim konb's interface is following as.
echo file > /proc/pid/reclaim
reclaim file-backed pages only
echo anon > /proc/pid/reclaim
reclaim anonymous pages only
echo all > /proc/pid/reclaim
reclaim all pages
echo 0x100000 8K > /proc/pid/reclaim
reclaim pages in (0x100000 - 0x102000)

Some pages could be shared by several processes. (ex, libc)
In case of that, it's too bad to reclaim them from the beginnig.
This patch causes VM to keep them on memory until last task
try to reclaim them so shared pages will be reclaimed only if
all of task has gone swapping out.
This feature doesn't handle non-linear mapping on ramfs because
it's very time-consuming and doesn't make sure of reclaiming and
not common.

When MHI Driver receives an EOT event, it reads xfer_len from the
event in the last TRE. The value is under control of the MHI device
and never validated by Host MHI driver. The value should never be
larger than the real size of the buffer but a malicious device can
set the value 0xFFFF as maximum. This causes driver to memory
overflow (both read or write). Fix this issue by reading minimum of
transfer length from event and the buffer length provided.

If transfer completion event ring element includes invalid
channel id, driver continues in a while loop without
incrementing local event ring read pointer. This results
into infinite loop. Hence recycle the current element and
move to next event ring element.

When all the CPUs in the Apps processor subsystem
are powered off, the system may also reduce its
bandwidth and shared resource requirements.
The resource requests are sent through the SMD
from APSS subsystem. The sleep requests also need
to be written to the rpm to save power. This driver
handles the last few steps when entering system sleep.
When notified, the next wakeup timer value is written
to the MPM to be setup in the always-on domain timer.

Add IOCTL support for userspace to request kernel to enable
optimizations to reduce RPC overhead. This change specifically
enables the use of persistent header buffers, allocated during
process setup time and mapped on DSP in one call. Try using
persistent headers for RPC calls and fall back to allocating a new
buffer if all buffers are in use already.

hvc_open sets tty->driver_data to NULL when open fails at some point.
Typically, the failure happens in hp->ops->notifier_add(). If there is
a racing process which tries to open such mangled tty, which was not
closed yet, the process will crash in hvc_open as tty->driver_data is
NULL.
All this happens because close wants to know whether open failed or not.
But ->open should not NULL this and other tty fields for ->close to be
happy. ->open should call tty_port_set_initialized(true) and close
should check by tty_port_initialized() instead. So do this properly in
this driver.
So this patch removes these from ->open:
* tty_port_tty_set(&hp->port, NULL). This happens on last close.
* tty->driver_data = NULL. Dtto.
* tty_port_put(&hp->port). This happens in shutdown and until now, this
must have been causing a reference underflow, if I am not missing
something.
