Add hwid to muc_uart bootinfo. Export the hwrev
function from the bootinfo driver to make this
information available.
Also update when bootinfo is sent, it may be
requested by the muc. With this, a change has
been made to cover the whole request processing
by a mutex to try to prevent sending a message
from the queue when the muc is expecting a
response instead.

Moon also requires a delay before reading the boot done bit and clearing
the boot done interrupt. Otherwise the interrupt line gets pulled low
forever.

Factory Kill was being tripped when USB is suspended.
Fix this by checking USBIN Voltage when in suspend rather
then the online status.

Use the smem.c modules to access shared memory,
qcom has removed the msm_smem.c api.
Also delete socinfo. It requires too many exports in the

Remove DAPM routes for ASP TX widgets when zero-fill
is selected as the source. "Zero" should be selected
for the ASP TX source whenever that channel is inactive.
For example, when capturing one channel of data from
each amp in a stereo setup, ASP TX2, TX3, and TX4 should
all have source set to "Zero".
