Add DISPCC clock nodes which is required for clocks client to request,
so add support for the same. Add debug clock controller to support
measure functionality for all clock controllers. Also add the disp GDSCs
required by clients for MONACO.

Fix the error of "invalid function func1/2/3 in map table" because
these functions are defined in pinctrl-slpi.c.
Need mv the quat/quin slpi pinctrl to sm6150-slpi-pinctrl.dtsi from
sm6150-pinctrl.dtsi.

To properly support PCIe Gen4 on sdxlemur, PCIe needs to vote
and scale MX rails accordingly. Add the required MX entries to
enable PCIe EP driver to do so for sdxlemur.

It is confirmed that the following items from device tree will
not be required on auto platforms given these items are only used
by iHelium while auto platforms do not use the same chipset:
'pil_wlan_fw_mem'
'wlan_msa_mem'
Those memory blocks reserved by the above dtsi nodes will be
re-allocated to other components.

Commit 390b3f3f4b ("ARM: dts: msm: Add bindings for llcc tcm") added
the CNSS WLAN CMA region back for all variants of sdxlemur targets,
including 512 MB variants, which is not desired. Remove it, such that
it is only included for the 1 GB variants of sdxlemur.
