Add camera dtsi to override CSIPHY version as v1.2.2.2
for lito v2. The purpose of this change is to bifurcate
the CSIPHY settings for lito v2.

For kernel init to recognize child nodes of camera smmu and cci
nodes as platform devices, the parent needs to have "simple-bus"
compatibility string. Add required string so that component
master framework is able to match device with driver for Kona,
Lahaina, Lito and Bengal.

Add device tree nodes for various camera modules with memory,
clock, interrupt, pinctrl, power and version information.
Add interconnect bus IDs and separate ahb static bw vote config
from bus vectors. Change minsvs vdd corner to be mapped to lowsvs
level. Also, add DT nodes for sensors and its accompanying hw
for Lahaina platform.

Add all supporting clk levels for icp_clk_src for KONA
and lito. Apart from src clock the rates for fast_ahb
are updated aswell. The change also defines the src clock
for a5 node.

Add device tree files to support new mtp platform subtype with
a different power grid. In the new power grid, WLAN and Bluetooth
chips are powered by regulator S6A instead of S2F.

EEPROM support is needed for TOF sensor across Kona platforms. This
