factory report 3.8v battery this fg only show 5-15% battery capacity.
As when phone is booting up,the current will be large,that pull down
the voltage of battery, the fg get the lower voltage and search the
corresponding capacity.
For the first bootup, the voltage compensation method is added
to avoid the problem of low battery display.

force batt present status to true in BT test station in factory mode
because sm5602 recognize the batt present though NTC Partial voltage,

when in COM, pd will trigger hard reset to let source send source_cap.
But pd hard reset will closed vbus and re-enable vbus by adaptor, so usb
present will return 0 to let COM shutdown. But typec mode is always on,
so use typec mode to workaround it.

Batt switch state can be more reliable from boot with charger when
reading main batt voltage_now to compoare to batt2 through R-balance.
We'll monitor both v_now & v_ocv, but use ocv for the battfet swtich
decision.
