Currently in MSM platform reserved memory is attached to PCI
device of_node which may not apply to other non-MSM platforms.
Hence abstract the API using CONFIG_ARCH_QCOM flag.

only. Use empty tables for non-MSM platforms by default so that
proper regulators and clocks can be added later based on platforms.

In the idle notification, driver saves the mon pmu events
to pmu cache memory. Current implementation loops through
all the monitors in the group without checking if the given
cpu is present in the mon cpumask or not. If the cpu is not
present in mon cpumask, the macro to_mon_ev_data in
save_mon_pmu_events function can return a wrong address
to mon_data which can result in crash.
Check if cpu is present in mon cpumask before storing the mon
pmu events.

num_reqs feild as part of chan_attr is not updated properly, it is set
to true. So there is only 1 reqs allocated for this channel. This causes
the channel to run of reqs easily causing ADB to stall. Updated num_reqs
to 50.

ring_cache is NULL as channel has not yet been started, read operation
accesses ring_cache before checking if channel is in stopped state.
Adding a check in UCI layer to perform read/write transfers only
if the channel is in valid state.

Invalid memory access can happen if a client closes its channels
with transfers pending because the mhi transfer request structure
gets freed in UCI when channel is closed, but MHI driver accesses the
request structure in the transfer completion callback.
To avoid the invalid memory access, following changes are done:
* Allocate mhi transfer request structures for a client in the
first UCI client open call
* Do not free mhi transfer request structs when client calls release,
to allow for subsequent re-use
* Maintain an in-use list to track active transfers
* If a client exits with transfers pending, move the request structs
corresponding to pending transfers to free list and mark them as
stale.
* Stale transfers, if completed later, are ignored.

Consider case where USB is into low power mode after receiving USB
function suspend from host. To invoke function remote wakeup USB
controller is rerquired to bring out of low power mode. Hence once
USB controller and USB bus is resumed, perform USB function wakeup
from composite_resume() context to resume USB function on host side.

for gsi is now moved to gsi driver from func_ep_queue present

By adding the exclude_idle support, the driver would update
the PMU counter values into event->count right before it goes
into an idle state. This way, even if the client, from another
core, tries to read the value during this idle period, it would
return the last updated value before moving into idle without
waking the idle core up.

Load_balancer considers only cfs running tasks for finding busiest cpu
to do load balancing. But cpu may be busy with other type tasks (ex: RT),
then that cpu might not selected as busy cpu due to weight vs nr_run
checks fails). And possibley cfs tasks running on that cpu would suffer
till other type tasks finishes or weight checks passes, while other cpus
sitting idle and not able to do load balance.
So, consider all running tasks to check cpu busieness.

the PHY is not in a proper state to function.
