Do not hard code resource address in PDC initialization
sequence to avoid incorrect configuration. Instead get
resource address from cmd-db driver.

Data read over SPI was guaranteed to be in a full burst size. This change
enables FW to raise the Data Ready DRI earlier, before the full burst is
ready. The driver must handle the case where data size reported by the HW
is less than a full burst, and then execute another iteration until the
whole burst is read.
This change causes a performance optimization, since the FW can raise the
Data Ready DRI earlier. The whole burst data is usually in place when the
driver handles it.

Return -ENODEV in case a change_mode command is issued when the system
is in SYS_ASSERT state. This guarantees that the user space application
is aware of the bad state and waits for the FW_READY event.

In case user space application requests for data size which is not a
multiple of the burst size and there is enough data in the drivers internal
buffer, a partial burst may be read by the application, which may cause
loss of burst boundary.
This patch fixes the above. In case the application supplies a buffer which
is smaller than the burst size, an error is returned to the application.

get out of synchronization. Prevent data read from user space and from
kernel space during change_mode processing.

change_mode command sometimes fail. In such a case, a proper error code
should be returned to the calling user space application. Otherwise, the
application tries to read data, which is not available.

32 bit SPI transactions are more efficient. Additionally, the data is
received in the correct endianness, as expected by the host, therefore an
endianness flip can be avoided.

This driver adds support for sensing use cases over 60GHz frequency band.
Sensing uses 60GHz radio signal to 'sense' the environment, allowing
various use cases such as proximity detection, face recognition, gesture
detection and more.
The driver communicates with the QCA6436 HW using SPI bus. The driver
requires SPI and wil6210 drivers to operate.
