Intermittent crashes have been seen on Lahaina silicon when
SBDMA / LUTBUS is used.

672369c18e ARM: dts: msm: Add SB LUTDMA support for lahaina target 
A new LUTDMA instance is added to the DMA hardware in Lahaina.
This change updates the corresponding entries, including block
size, offsets, and version.

This change also updates the DSPP IGC and Gamut version to indicate
new HW programming changes using SB LUTDMA.

7dac15bb95 disp: add binding documentation for sde-intf-tear-irq-off 
Add documentation for the new SDE device tree node which gives
the INTF TE IRQ offsets. This is required for TE support on
all targets with refactored interrupt support (kernel 5.4+).
