1. When the interpolation is disabled, the report rate is 240Hz;
2. When the interpolation is disabled, and the refresh rate is 144Hz,
the report rate is 576Hz, else the report rate is 480Hz.

Fix the build error when making the slg5bm43670.ko. Also
Kernel 5.10 removed the regulator locking and locking is
implicit around the notifier call chain. Hence remove it for
kernel 5.10 and beyond.

There is a case that will make the system suspend failing for
mmi,charger wakelock and last for several minutes.
The reason is that the system suspend has the same 60s request
intervals as mmi charger heartbeat delay work, which will request
mmi,charger wakelock.
To avoid this two task run into resonating state, it's feasible to
change the mmi charger heartbeat interval to 100s.

In QCOM 7350/8350, the kernel doesn't provide pmic-vote to control
battery charging.
the mmi_charger is an intermediate layer that forwards charging control
to ADSP Battmngr from the application layer.
By using USE_MMI_CHARGER macro definition that qpnp-adaptive-charge can be use
mmi_charger's func to control battery charging

-In the current logic,the camera process is after setting the vibrator timer.
The camera will take some time,which cause the vibration duration to be shorter.
Especially when we use launch_lens to move lens step-by-step.
-So move camera process before setting vibrator timer.

When vibrating with pattern [0,200,0,50], the vibrating will be started with
200ms duration first, when 200ms timeout, vibrator will be stopped with
duration 50ms which will not be considered as long vibrating, then AF will
not be turned off after that. This change is for fixing above issue, though
we haven't got evidence pointing to above metioned vibrating pattern is user
really encounted issue.
