Currently gdsc_disable() can return a value of 1 upon
successfully disabling a GDSC if it has a parent supply.
Correct this so that 0 is always returned on success.

QRTR needs to be functional before service locator is up. Hence,
add a soft-dependency on the QRTR to ensure this happens when
these drivers are built as modules.

This reverts commit 624d012216. KGSL driver
requires CONFIG_QCOM_ADRENO_DEFAULT_GOVERNOR to be set to msm-adreno-tz
in QGKI builds. CONFIG_QCOM_ADRENO_DEFAULT_GOVERNOR is set to the required
value for GKI and QGKI builds by the KGSL Kconfig.

In order to support early merge of code, a vestigial definition for
qcom_smem_get() was added. This was accidentally merged in. Let's remove
it and allow the RPMH master stats to be read from the memory.

Add support to enforce proxy consumer requests defined in device
tree for rpm-smd-regulator devices. These can be used to ensure
that regulators are not accidentally disabled or scaled down
before all consumers have had a chance to make their own requests.

Remove all exported functions as clients need to use only
functions exported from core regulator framework.
Change rpm-smd config to tristate to ensure it can be
loaded as a module.

Replicator register value could be reset when it's disabled and
clock is off. Reset the register to all ports disabled when enabling
it first time to avoid all ports to be enabled by default.

thus request and release phy pinctrl state here,
it allow other function driver request gpio pin state.

Currently, nvmem device is used to store closed loop brake settings. If
nvmem-cells is not specified for closed loop brake, then nvmem device
can be NULL. For such case, skip updating closed loop brake settings by
not writing to the nvmem device.

Restrict untrusted third-party applications to only unsigned PD
offload on the remote subsystem. This is done by comparing PID at
the time of process create with the one stored during device open
as the fastrpc device will be opened by DSP HAL service on behalf
of third-party applications.

Enabling "timer" LED trigger allows for LED blinking to occur with
user-defined intervals of on and off time. This is achieved by writing
to "delay_on" and "delay_off" parameters under the sysfs directory of
the LED.

Make unregister driver work unkillable to avoid WLAN host driver
handling issues after it is killed by platform reboot or shutdown.
Also add proper handlings and checks for platform reboot or shutdown
to avoid unnecessary asserts for calibration cases.

As of commit <2e72d8932e> (Merge android-5.4.24 (ce5de62) into
msm-5.4) SDCARD_FS was disabled via gki_defconfig. Hence, re-enable
it in Lahaina's configurations for backward compatibility.

and name the resulting file zImage-dtb.
