PCIe internal AUX clock frequency used to be either 1MHz or
19.2MHz. The devicetree entry was a boolean type to determine
which frequency to program in PCIe controller. Newer chipsets
may support other frequencies such as 16.6MHz. Update the
devicetree entry so that it accepts a decimal value for the
desired frequency to be programmed in PCIe controller.

Add support for and enable and disable ops for regmap_mux_div clk, also
support for safe source for regmap_mux_div clock to park the clk to safe
source while disabling and restore to active rate when clk is enabled.

Get IIO failure may occur due to parallel charger's iio-channel
names conflicting with main-charger/qg channels. Fix this by adding
"pl_" prefix for all parallel charger's iio-channels name.

If the current partition type is RPMB, clock switching may not
work properly. In this case, clk scaling up would be skipped but
clk_scaling->target_freq has been changed and then discard sub-
sequent clk scaling up requests till meet scaling down. Changing
judgement condition clk_scaling->target_freq == *freq to clk_scaling
->curr_freq == *freq in mmc_devfreq_set_target to avoid this issue.

Currently IRQ APIs are combined with notifications to VMs for sharing the
handles. This limit the clients for managing the error handling from the
drivers. Hence separate the notifications from the actual APIs so that
clients manage the error handling better. Add support for notifications
like IRQ_LEND/ACCEPT/RELEASE from SVM to PVM when SVM accept the irq
handle shared by PVM.

vector table for rddm and fbc images. Memory remains allocated
after controller powers down. Add a controller flag to make the
decision for memory allocation.

Below race can come, if trace_open and resize of
cpu buffer is running parallely on different cpus
CPUX CPUY
ring_buffer_resize
atomic_read(&buffer->resize_disabled)
tracing_open
tracing_reset_online_cpus
ring_buffer_reset_cpu
rb_reset_cpu
rb_update_pages
remove/insert pages
resetting pointer
This race can cause data abort or some times infine loop in rb_remove_pages
and rb_insert_pages while checking pages for sanity.
Take ring buffer lock in rb reset to avoid resetting of cpu buffer.
