As Lahaina is PORed with UFS ver 3.0, UFS PHY is initialized with G4
settings by default, thus no need to do the second init after find out
the connected UFS is a ver 3.0 device.

In hba power up sequence, phy_set_mode_ext() is used to pass UFS PHY mode
and HS gear as the submode to UFS PHY driver. UFS PHY mode is decided by
limit_rate, which is Rate-B by default. While, UFS PHY submode is dediced
by limit_phy_submode, 1 stands for G4, 0 stands for non-G4.

nvmem_cell_read can return ERR_PTR in case of failure. Current code is not
handling the error case. This would result in using default clock plan as
speed_bin value is zero. This can be fatal in case fuse was blown to a
lower frequency then the default clock plan. Handle this error to avoid
this issue.

On many platforms 5V VBUS output can be provided by external
circuitry and turned on via GPIO. For convenience, on micro-AB
ports this can be done in conjunction when ID pin becomes low
meaning USB_HOST mode is to be entered. Add support for an
optional "vbus-out" GPIO to this driver.

We abort the control request enqueue during a device initiated disconnect
as soon as the softconnect flag gets cleared. Whenever there is a race
between a control request and soft disconnect, the pending control
request is aborted before dwc3_gadget_pullup() function tries to
complete it. As a result the subsequent soft reconnect fails resulting
in usb connection loss. Avoid this by deciding the enqueue() operation
based on pullups_connected flag which gets cleared after completing the
pending request and putting the core in setup phase.

When a new cgroup is created, the effective uclamp value wasn't updated
with a call to cpu_util_update_eff() that looks at the hierarchy and
update to the most restrictive values.
Fix it by ensuring to call cpu_util_update_eff() when a new cgroup
becomes online.
Without this change, the newly created cgroup uses the default
root_task_group uclamp values, which is 1024 for both uclamp_{min, max},
which will cause the rq to to be clamped to max, hence cause the
system to run at max frequency.
The problem was observed on Ubuntu server and was reproduced on Debian
and Buildroot rootfs.
By default, Ubuntu and Debian create a cpu controller cgroup hierarchy
and add all tasks to it - which creates enough noise to keep the rq
uclamp value at max most of the time. Imitating this behavior makes the
problem visible in Buildroot too which otherwise looks fine since it's a
minimal userspace.

QTI HV (High Voltage) haptics is a module which can play haptics
effects for LRA or ERM with drive voltage up to 10 V. It has
several pattern sources built inside and each pattern source can
be used for playing different vibration effects.
Add the driver to support QTI HV haptics module, which will be
registered as an input FF device and can be controlled by calling
read/write/ ioctl APIs on the input device node.

Currently, clk_zonda_pll_set_rate polls for the PLL to lock even if the
PLL is disabled. However, if the PLL is disabled then LOCK_DET will
never assert and we'll return an error. There is no reason to poll
LOCK_DET if the PLL is already disabled, so skip polling in this case.
