Vendor ops will remain NULL in case of SCMI failures during
initialization.
Update store min and max functions to check for NULL before

This change is to fix the GPIOs being configured to sleep state
after every transfer on LA side for TVM usecase. SPI framework
calls unprepare_transfer_hardware for every message transferred,
driver tries to keep PINs to sleep state and hence it goes to GPIO
mode making LE transfer to fail.
For TVM usecases, it's expected that Client controls the SOC infra
resources including PINs, hence GPIOs must be configured to sleep
state when client ends the session. With this change, we are keeping
GPIOs in LA configured active state for the LE VM session.

Currently, after timeline drawobj creation it is not
immediately added to local drawobj list as a result
if kgsl_drawobj_add_timeline fails this drawobj is
leaked. As the timeline drawobj upon creation takes
a refcount on the context this leak also results in
context leak. Fix this by adding timeline drawobj to
local drawobj list immediately after creation.

Both "timeline->lock" and "fence_lock" are required to be held
while accessing timeline fence list and "timeline->lock" is
required to be held while signaling timeline fences. This is
not followed during timeline destroy and fence release resulting
in an invalid fence pointer access during timeline destroy. Fix
this by acquiring required locks at both places.

Enable QCOM_SCM, QSEECOM in quin VM defconfigs and also enable
QCOM_SCM_QCPE to support SCM backend via QCPE.
Disable CONFIG_QCOM_RTIC as it is invoking SCM call before HAB
channel creation.

Some GDSCs have side effects when enabled without first
performing a special reset sequence. It is only feasible for
this sequence to be performed by the always-on processor (AOP)
when it is resuming from system sleep. Add support for a device
tree flag which can be specified in order to skip physically
disabling a GDSC when regulator_disable() is called. The AOP
will then ensure that the GDSC is disabled upon entering system
sleep and appropriately reset upon resuming from system sleep.
Also change the is_enabled() callback so that it returns the
GDSC logical enable state instead of the physical enable state
whenever the disable skipping flag is specified. This ensures
that all dependent regulator and bus requests are made in the
case of disabling and re-enabling a GDSC without entering system
sleep (i.e. when the GDSC shows up as still physically enabled.)
If the disable skipping feature is allowed in device tree, then
use regulator_set_mode() to control the feature's usage at
runtime. This is needed for SM8150 gpu_cx_gdsc in order to
facilitate GMU hang recovery.
REGULATOR_MODE_NORMAL (default) --> physical GDSC disable skipped
REGULATOR_MODE_IDLE --> physical GDSC disable occurs.

Add support to configure slew ramp time for brightness change for
PM7325B by adding a DT property named "qcom,slew-ramp-time".
Also set slew rate to lowest value when enabling or disabling WLED
to ensure fast turning on/off of display and restore it to the
specified value when display is turned on.
