This function can fix residual reporting points, if host fails to
read the tp reporting data instantly because the following two
reasons:
1) host lost interrupts
2) host interrupt function process slowly sometimes

Until now, logic only accepted "Turbo Power" as anything higher than
2500mA, and PD having 15W (9V/1670mA) or 18W (9V/2000mA) would not
trigger such condition, being interpreted as Normal Charger.
New logic adds to Turbo anything higher than 8.5V, so future 12V will
also match such changes.

Racer use slg5bm43670 driver, it should be separated from others.
Racer_turbo/Smith use slg51000 folder, and Racer use slg5bm43670 folder.
slg5bm43670 driver is provided by FAE, it has interrupt issue,
it will be fixed by updated driver later.

LSI came up with reporting MMI gestures via Gesture Event Type VENDOR
(0x8). Single tap has Gesture Event ID (0x1) and zero tap has Gesture
Event ID (0x2) followed by coordinates values.

Add sysfs_notify calls to tx_mode changed so that the
hal can poll on the file and push updates to fw.
Add sysfs notify call to rx_connect so the hal can know
when a client has connected via power share
Add sysfs notify call to error count so the fw can notify
users if there is an aligment issue.
Also add some code to read the system mode buffer
instead of blindly overwriting it and due to a bug in the
firmware, tx mode will turn off randomly. The user would
not be aware this happened. Check every 2 seconds if this
happened and re-enable automatically.

Read the bpp and epp current and voltage limits from the
