Because now we found that when the screen is on, the touch has a
low probability of not working. It seems that the firmware of the touch
works abnormally, so change reset the touch to download firmware
when status is abnormal for recover touch function.

unit can't recharge after charge full.
When unit charge full, it will get the forced capacity 100%, so
chrg_step can't be switch to STEP_NORM from STEP_FULL.

Now defaut step charge state is STEP_MAX, this caused incorrect
initial state while connect usb cable power on. So config defaut
state to STEP_NONE,this will trigger recalculation correct initial
step charge state by battery data.

When entering tx_mode the system reports it is charging,
fix this by forcing dc_in_en to be off and also set
dc_suspend.
Additionally, do not allow entrance into tx mode when
attached to a charger, and force tx mode off if a charger
is attached while it is on.

1. currently just have limit voltage setting:
a.ti,lim_th_max is the start limit voltage, when
voltage less than the voltate,
smart pa will decrease gain step by step.
b.ti,lim_th_min is the immediately limit voltage,
when voltage less than the voltage,
smart pa will decrease the min gain .
ti,lim_th_max & ti,lim_th_min defined at product dts.
2.how to enable.
we can set TAS2562 BROWNOUT PROTECT ENABLE On to mixerpaths.
3.when HW test the voltage ,we will set in dts and enable by mixer_paths.
4.If HW need to adjust the min gain, need add more code .
if there are the request ,need to achieve in the future.
fix some no function.
1.fix tas2562_codec_read & tas2562_codec_write no function.
2.fix Amp Output Level no useful.

Himax uses two firmwares: daily use and factory.
Daily use firmware includes more effect and gestures, so it's bigger.
We cannot merge daily use firmware and factory firmware,
it exceeds IC sram limit.

There are 2 failure cases when core data structure gets released
and external modules have no knowledge of it. Kernel panics
attempting to address memory that was released already. This
change ensures core data pointer of external modules structure
only valied when device probed successfully.
