Add sysfs_notify calls to tx_mode changed so that the
hal can poll on the file and push updates to fw.
Add sysfs notify call to rx_connect so the hal can know
when a client has connected via power share
Add sysfs notify call to error count so the fw can notify
users if there is an aligment issue.
Also add some code to read the system mode buffer
instead of blindly overwriting it and due to a bug in the
firmware, tx mode will turn off randomly. The user would
not be aware this happened. Check every 2 seconds if this
happened and re-enable automatically.

Read the bpp and epp current and voltage limits from the
device tree, and use the guaranteed power instead of the
potential power to set them.

we use dcv_pcm as ramping function
instead of digital volume gain.
when adev_open ,init all control , digital volume gain control will cost about 2s.
delete nouseful digital volume gain control to optimze the init time.

LSI touch requires to update its register at the address 0x4c
with the value of effective display refresh rate. This commit
adds notification mechanism aloowing display driver to send
notifications whenever refresh rate needs to change. This new
feature is optional and can be enabled via device tree
property sec,refresh-rate-update.

According to CTO-Audio colleagues suggestion, former stereo products,
such as Lake, Doha, volume ramp only takes effect on the top speaker,
the bottom one doesnt need it. In order to align with former products,
they asked me change SofiaRow, left channel is the top one.

Only turn off from usb when a transmitter is attached.
Currently, if a usb cable is plugged in after bootup the
firmware will not flash because the chip will be stuck in
an off state. Fix this by updating the wls on/off logic -
1) If the usb cable is plugged in and a charger is attached
turn it off
2) If the boost is on, turn the charger on no matter what.
If a charger is attached it will turn off again
3) If the usb cable is disconnected, turn it back on
