d9780a0956 ARM: dts: msm: Add panel information to amoled-ecm for Shima platforms 
Add panel information for amoled-ecm device so that the driver
can get display off/on notification from the DRM for the active
panel and disable/re-enable ECM accordingly.

b9878c46ff ARM: dts: msm: Add cdsp rpmsg entry in holi and shima 
CDSPRM module relies on the rpmsg node to create a communication
channel with CDSP.
CDSPRM module implements a RPMSG interface to communicate with CDSP
while provoding a way for CPU QoS to benefit CDSP applications
performance.
