If enable fcc step feature,fcc will ramp change as it will
cause delay in limiting main charge current. we need to quick
limit main fcc while CP enable, otherwise there is
a risk that cp enable fail.

we change the bit width of csot_panel's backlight to 10bits.
From DVT2, these code will be otp,So we can not send the init code to change bit width.

- Since now we having display/touch current drain issue when suspend,
so need to set rst pin to low when suspend and add reset process to
change rst pin to high when resume. This change will control int pin by default
and will control rst pin in addition process.

For "double tap" function, reset and power can not been power down.
So we check touch_state to get the state of "double tap".
If it is enabled ,then we keep reset and power always on.

echo 0x1f> /d/162b000.qusb/bias_ctrl2. the eys signal will improve

Change the default output voltage through I2C bus at XBL. And store the default
