Because of not setting return value in case of coalescing frame
open IPA clock was disabled. Add changes to set retun value
if coalescing frame open.

Because of decreasing the client count not able undo the
last client suspend operation. Add changes to avoid decrementing
the client count, it will allow undo last client suspend operation.

If a GSI channel is not quite clock cannot be devoted.
This change introduces the capability to "abort and retry"
clock devote operation.

Add trace events to log the caller for hyp_assign_table(), as well as
other relevant information, such as source/destination VMIDs, permissions,
and the sizes and physical bases of the regions affected by the call to
hyp_assign().

These trace events will show the caller of hyp_assign_table() as well as
information about the region(s) of memory that are affected by the changes
in ownership (e.g. source/destination VMIDs and permissions). The trace
events also provide information about the time spent in the higher
execution layers when the memory is being assigned.
Also, expose the mem_prot_info and dest_vm_and_perm_info data structures in
the secure_buffer header file, so that they are visible to the trace events
header file.

Add the CDSP loader driver that loads the compute DSP firmware
images and brings the subsystem out of reset during boot-up. Add
compilation rules for the CDSP loader.

When an ION buffer is destroyed, the dma-buf release path will
try to free the exporter name field in the dma-buf. However,
this is not needed, as the field is not populated with
dynamically allocated memory. Thus, remove it.

The get_ion_heap() code blindly checks heap IDs in the array
of heap pointers without checking to see if the heap pointer
is valid, which can cause a NULL pointer to be dereferenced.
Add a check before inspecting the heap ID to ensure that the
heap pointer is valid.
