Update charger driver to also delay heartbeat caused by
psy notifier call. Since this is the only other place
that heartbeat can first be called from. We only want to
apply this delay to the first time so we use a static
variable flag. Also add some extra debug just encase.

Try to delay first heartbeat 10 second to account for factory transient
voltages. If there is a reverse boost that the heartbeat catches it will
suspend the usb which can triger the factory kill if the vbus voltage goes
below 2V. If the voltage then comes back and doesn't decay while shutting down
it will get stuck during shutdown.

In Astro, aw882xx doesnt work correctly and causes speaker has
no sound, after checking resgiters dump,0x04 bit6 I2SEN,
0x06 bit12 I2SRXEN is not right
Driver never set these two bits after init done, I don't why
it happens, monitor these 2 registers, correct them if any
readback value is wrong.

New interface to retrieve mutual capacitance range. Range reported as
pair of min,max values found in raw mutual capacitance test report.
This interface will only be available in factory mode and intended to
retrieve range while running in the same controlled environment as
calibration. LSI claims range (e.g. abs(max - min)) must be below 100
to consider calibration successful. In case when driver won't be able
to retrieve test results, pair of (1,-1) will be reported.

When charger plugged in or not, Below logs are seen
flooded in the kernel logs accordingly.
One log for every 10 seconds would get printed even when
there is no change in the charger rate state.
Solution:
dump the logs when there is actual change in charger present state
and charge rate.

When driver exports sysfs entries to the class, they are created
under class' kobject. If driver needs to notify HAL about some
changes that happen asynchronously, it needs pointer to kobject
to call sysfs_notify. For that purpose pointer to kobject added
to class imports structure.

When the post resume runs it stores the values set in init
if the values were updated when the chip was on instead of the
new values.
Copy the new values to the buffer regardless of the state.

HX83102D is a low tier IC, need to create baseline early, so move
resume to early blank, but need to avoid lcd reset conflict, so
add some delay for this.

Sometimes we find that the IC can't enter standby mode.
The root casue is that the period between go bit operation
and standby mode operation was less than 2ms.
Add wakelock to avoid this concurrent issue.

Add dts property to configure force_device_on_en_default
so the product can choose this option in dts.
Once this option is set, the TOF device will always be in
on state, the xshut will keep high and avdd will be on all
the time.
