Under the low bringhtness, Switch black picture to white picture,
there are some display flickers.
Change the cabc dimming to fix the issue.

When panel power off, tp_cs is high. Then LDO will be pull up by tp_cs.
That ldo can not be pull to low. it do not match the spec.
So Keep ldo always on to fix the issue.

Reason:
The ocean on the Gaode map is a high saturation map.
After the IC detects the high saturation map,
it will call the high saturation map setting,
causing significant changes in PWM duty,
resulting in significant changes in brightness and darkness
Solution:
Turn off the function of detecting high saturation images (P3_RAFh=18h),
keep the measured PWM duty unchanged.

When using a Google Universal 15W type-c Charger,
but the fast charging icon "Turbo" is not displayed.
(Vbus voltage is ~4.91V and the charging current is 2.89A).
So we need to enable setting ICL based on Rp for
Type-C non-compliant legacy cables.

For qcom driver, the ldp is enabled by default,but this will cause a lot of irqs
when the phone is sleeping.
And fogos/fogor/fogo not support water detection,so we disable lpd.

For some QC2.0 chargers,such as HW-050450C00, only support
output 5V.
Then if enable hvdcp2-force-9v,the charger will be abnormal and
have no current.
So disable it and reset max icl to 2000mA.
