Accordingly to (CR), overall device performance has improved
significantly after disabling PPR (PerProcess Reclaim), mainly on launch
time, major page faults, memory pressure, swap IO, and steals (kswapd,
direct and total steals).
Therefore, PPR should be disabled for this device.

On Android S, SamSung TW performance is abnormal, after write about 30GB data continually,
the sequent write performance will drop from 450MB/s to 200MB/s.
After switch to WB, the sequent write speed will keep 450MB/s.

, CONFIG_HZ value can be changes in order to reduce janks. As the most
of Motorola devices use CONFIG_HZ=300 and Denver uses CONFIG_HZ=250
(check (CR)), changing CONFIG_HZ to 300 is a good call to prevent
janks (mostly for heavy-use cases).
This gerrit makes CONFIG_HZ_300=y, in order to CONFIG_HZ=300.

On Ibiza, accordingly to (CR), overall device
performance has improved when CONFIG_HZ_300 is set to y.
We observed ~17% performance gain on mean launch time.

For each project has its own reserve gpio list. So we should have
the way to distinguish it in every different products.
We use a macro definition for this. If the gpios are not assigned to
TZ, they should be removed from the list.

Hardware randomly unstable will trigger "dm-verity device corrupted"
and reboot the phone. Then it will not stamp the vbmeta partition with
the "AVE0" flag, which is persistent. Then it will boot up failed at
the next boot with AVB header check failed.
Moto has own Google verified boot process with the RED alert logo.
so we ignore this.
