The vast majority of RTP work was being done directly in

Remove the reset on init, it was initially used when the
interrupt did not function properly in early firmware.
Also remove the reset in disconnect, and instead just check
the status. And add a mutex to prevent the disconnect irq
from running concurrently with the status irq to prevent
races.
The VOUT and VRECT handlers in the IRQ were flipped in case they
are both true. We should make sure we handle it in the expected
order.

dt-gesture sensor was previously an ON_CHANGE sensor. This is
generally okay, but it can lead to the Sensor Service sending out
an old event to a new (second, third, etc..) client if there was
already a previous client registered for the sensor, and this is
not the behavior that is desired.

Add TX FOD write: write up to 6 bytes starting at register 0x00AC.
Configure tx parameters on mode change IRQ & bit 2 of mode reg set:
-write TX_FOD if configured
-write EPTRMPWRTGL to SYS_CMD (moved from p938x_set_tx_mode function)
Add handling for EPT modes. Reset after 3 POCP events, or 3 FOD
events. OTP will turn off on first event. All others will reset
the IC.
Additionally, if tx mode has recovered 10 times without being
turned off by the user, disable it.

Most MOT batteries has 4.4V, but newer ones are 4.45V. Charging termination
current ("taper") is dependent on battery specification plus capacity testing
made by EE Team. So it can be something different than 97mA.

With the new firmware we no longer get an interrupt on
rx connected changes. Instead poll for changes in the
output current to determine whether we are charging a
client device.
Also add an overheat state to rx connect to report to
the upper layers when we are disabled.

The tree modules(p938x, smbcharger-mmi, qpnp-smb5) work
togegher to handle the logic of wireless charging.
In smbcharger-mmi, MMI_HB_VOLTER will hold dc suspend until
heartbeat work detect DC present,
In qpnp-smb5, dcin-plugin irq handle DC present status.
they are all triggered asynchronously in parallel,
and the DC present is always active after p938x VOUT_ON has been set
for a while.
And yet, at this point, smbcharger-mmi's heartbeat work has been
triggered by wireless psy change when p938x is VOUT_ON.
This leads to MMI_HB_VOLTER hold dc suspend in a minute to wait
heartbeat schedule again by itself

Charger driver has a lot of specifics that having a documentation would
heavily support understanding. This is a first version, describing

Original heartbeat delay was 60s, which makes thermal mitigation while
charging too slow. Changing it to 5s makes it notice battery
temperature change and limit charging current and voltage much faster.

This function can fix residual reporting points, if host fails to
read the tp reporting data instantly because the following two
reasons:
1) host lost interrupts

Until now, logic only accepted "Turbo Power" as anything higher than
2500mA, and PD having 15W (9V/1670mA) or 18W (9V/2000mA) would not
trigger such condition, being interpreted as Normal Charger.
New logic adds to Turbo anything higher than 8.5V, so future 12V will
also match such changes.

Racer use slg5bm43670 driver, it should be separated from others.
Racer_turbo/Smith use slg51000 folder, and Racer use slg5bm43670 folder.
slg5bm43670 driver is provided by FAE, it has interrupt issue,
it will be fixed by updated driver later.

LSI came up with reporting MMI gestures via Gesture Event Type VENDOR
(0x8). Single tap has Gesture Event ID (0x1) and zero tap has Gesture
Event ID (0x2) followed by coordinates values.
